A graphics tablet or digitizer is a computer input device that enables a user to hand-draw images, animations and graphics, similar to the way a person draws images with a pencil and paper. Capturing data in this way, either by tracing or entering the corners of linear poly-lines or shapes is called digitizing.
The device consists of a flat surface upon which the user may "draw" or trace an image using an attached stylus, a pen-like drawing apparatus. The image generally does not appear on the tablet itself but, rather, is displayed on the computer monitor.
Some tablets are intended as a general replacement for a mouse as the primary pointing and navigation device for desktop computers.

First, find the photo you want to re dipainting

The first thing you usually do is remove the background (sky) of the foreground object. Depending on your work, it may be necessary to cover different objects into different LAYER

Drawing cloud is not easy. Makoto Shinkai can use 2 or 3 seconds to paint beautiful clouds, while we as a beginner can spend 2 hours in the cloud and still look like nonsense. Of course we can cheat by inserting a photo like how I did the last time. But if you really want to improve your skills, we need to continue painting.

In this work, I use two brush this standard of photoshop.

Round Brush with "other dynamic" and "brush tip hardness" "underneath. Use to draw the basic shape of the clouds and blending.
Use Chalk brush to "erase" part of the cloud.
1) Make the basic shape of clouds with round brush.
2) Remove part of the cloud with the chalk brush.
3) Lock the layer transparancy. Underneath the opacity round brush and blend the other colors.
4) Use a round brush to paint a small cloud. Playing with a brush tip size jitter and scattering options

Only two brushes with this, the result is the formation of clouds is not so bad.

Key cloud painting "Random / Random" in the form of clouds and cloud random placement, so it will look natural and not too or symmetry.

I want the shadow to be the case from which we see, so I add a new layer and start painting with light blue / cyan / purple color cold.

With a custom brush "leaves / bush", you can paint all of this pretty quickly. Remember to use a different coating layer, so that changes can be made on different objects with ease.

Adding more detail to the work, draw some lines specular / highlight areas that arise along. Paint the floor with warm colors and set the blending mode to "screen", so it looks like a floor that reflects light from the sun

Add a new layer, use a soft round brush to paint the edge of the luminous area (light source). Change the blending mode to mode as addictive as "Screen" or "llinear dodge (add)
